The SyncFolderItems EWS call does not get the ReadFlagChange updates of the items in a public folder. Other changes (like new items or update of the category) are working. The ReadFlagChange updates work as expected for personal folders, only with the public folders we enconter this problem. Does anybody have an idea why and if there is a workaround?
